Skipping a cleaning may require additional time on your next visit to bring your home back to its regular maintenance level. A small skip adjustment helps support our team and ensures they are compensated for schedule changes.

Lock-Out Policy: If our technician arrives but cannot access your home, a $75 lockout adjustment will apply.
